This was a small series related by their intimacy, abstraction and ability to create a space the viewer feels comfortable inhabiting with their own interpretations of what they feel, or perhaps know, is there.

This piece combines my favorite birch with a tiled technique, and the atmospheric fog is so thick that it reminded me of smoke lying heavy on the ground.
